    New Name - Spring Statement - all sounds very nice.

        No measures in the Spring Statement, only consultations at most. They’ve been surprisingly quiet about the IR35 consultation in the lead-up, while briefing on the VAT consultation and others...

          I'm guessing continued large scale tax avoidance by the super rich/multinationals and the NHS will have to pay for it.
