Which well known companies are affected by Chancellor's intentions?

Which exactly are the companies who would be classed as MSCs who would be affected by what the Chancellor intends to do?

    Brookson

    from their website

"Brookson manages individual composite companies for contractors and takes
on the burden of legal and accounting issues, taxation, insurance, invoicing,
VAT - in fact every aspect of administration. Members, also benefit from being
able to access our in-house team of legal and finance specialists."
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

    I preferred version 1!
