penises that were shorter than international standards
I wonder what the SI unit of measurement for penises is.

It can't be mH (milli-Holmes) as that is already used for a unit of inductance?

That could work as I suppose the majority of old Imperial penises were between 1 and 12 °Cock.

In the modern world of course, our cocks go up to 24.

I suppose we could have some sort of Beaufort stiffy scale:

            Code:
0 Flacid Calm; smoke rises verticall.

smoke drift, but not by wind
                                                 vanes.

2 Quivering Wind felt on face; leaves
                                                 rustle; ordinary vanes moved
                                                 by wind.

                                                 constant motion; wind extends

Well, in the many clumsy attempts to recreate the once fashionable soixante-neuf, I've experienced factor 2:

"Wind felt on face; leaves rustle; ordinary vanes moved by wind"
