Almost certainly fake news. Anything which quotes RT is usually very fake news. I doubt schools would ever really ban skirts, how else is a chap able to check whether a potential squeeze is carrying excess baggage?

Ridiculous to build the entire system around a tiny minority who haven't even said they want these cahnges, AFAIK.

Also clearly discriminating against all the girls who identify as girls and WANT to wear skirts instead of being forced to trousers which have links with a male-oriented patriarchy.
