    70 % retention as Self-Employed in Germany.

According to this page https://www.contractoruk.com/oversea...g_germany.html , 65 to 72 % retention is possible in Germany as a self employed person ?

Is this the best option indeed ? My circumstance is : I am European( non UK ) > Contracted to UK Agency > Contracted to large Indian company > Contracted to end German client in energy. ( 3 month rolling contract )

    Need to know by monday

edit: But then this https://www.contractoruk.com/oversea...erma_4750.html says if you work for one client you cannot be freelance. So I guess freelance and self-employment is not an option and need to do be taxed like an employee ... think is 60 % retention in the end.

1 Will you have a German address?
2 Have you considered how you will be covered for social security in your home country.
Freiberufers in German pay private health care, so you may not be covered in your home country.
3 Are you self employed or have a limited company in your home country?
