    What I want from agents for Christmas

    1) Tell me if a contract is actually a contract and not some company fishing for the level of interest in a proposal they have not signed up to yet

    2) Tell me the rate that the client will pay and not ask me , Im not the fecker thats hiring.

    3) Dont ask for references until after I have got the job.

    4) Learn some technical facts , instead of just looking for word match on a skill

    5) Answer the frickin mobile number you have given me to contact you on.

              I do disagree with you on point 2. You're the one selling a service to the agent. You know how much that service is worth. He doesn't. If you leave it up to the buyer to tell you what your prices are, you're doomed to bargain basement prices.
