    doesnt take account of the massive tax perks ICT visa entrants get either, eg. first 12 months in the country free of both employers and employees national insurance. which means they can undercut locals significantly. indeed for many roles they pair people up one here, other in India, then swap them over every 12 months, and that role in the UK is then perpetually free of national insurance as they are always claiming to have been here less than 12 months.

      Current client co has hundreds of ICT guys and girls from India, they use InfoSys and they are onsite for up to the 12 month limit then swapped out.

      Service and quality is rock bottom but client co only considers cost, so they are as happy as pigs in tulip.
