    Denny and Malvolio...

After you finish pontificating about IR35 on here, do you ever have time to do any work?

Depends if you are contractually obliged to do so. IMHO if a MOO situation exists then it could be argued that one has a right to post on t'internet all day otherwise a substitution clause might be the only option. But remember IR35 is a largely voluntary tax of the internet dosser, and remember do your own research etc., you aint seen me right?

    Many Thanks
    Mal
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Anyone would think we were both IR35 obsessed and can barely type a few words without mentioning IR35. That's not true at all despite the concerns contractors have about IR35 in the light of current developments concerning IR35.

That's not a very IR35 friendly thing to post at Christmas when we're thinking about how we can spend all our IR35 exempt dividends.

Just because we post lots of IR35 threads, that doesn't mean to say we think about IR35 all the time, only about IR35 some of the time. Sometimes we don't mention IR35 at all. It's just that we like to give good IR35 advice to those who need information on IR35 and so with all our IR35 knowledge, we tell people on this forum about IR35 exemption criteria and IR35 inclusion criteria as laid down by the IR35 characteristics put up about IR35 on the IR35 website.

        So there!
