I use it. Every time I work with a different customer (every week usually) I send them a link to it. Trying to build up a good network. Reckon it will help everyone. Interesting to see the different clients building up, sometimes you forget.

Why you thinkin of using it?

Got 2 clients from it, and only been on for 6 months. I'm going to start using it for references (the pimps can see a client endorsement, but they can only contact the client through me )
I have noticed agencies using it more and more, which will probably spoil it in the end.

How did you get the clients Mordac? They contact you, you them?

I love the references feature. Great to build up a good list of them. Great for clients too they can easily trace a reference.

I have used LinkedIn for a good 2 years. Get quite a few approaches for contracts through it, from head-hunters in the main. Have nearly 1000 links.

Having done a search on certain criteria, e.g. skills and experience, they send you a message (bit like a PM on here) and you can choose whether to respond. They've only been small jobs so far, but from little acorns...
