When is the next recession ?

Someone told me his apartment in Netherlands doubled in price in 3 years. I have seen prices raise at 10 % a year in other places ...

It is been 10 years since last official recession ... so another must be coming ...

Any recession won't hurt house prices for more than 3 years in my opinion anyway.

    18 year property cycle.

    Midmarket wobble halfway through.

    We're in midmarket wobble now.

Next property crash - 2025 give or take a year or two.

But they cancelled the last correction with ultra-low rates and QE. There is no cycle anymore, no more [tory] boom and bust (tm).

According to the BoE, we have are doing very nicely, plenty of scope to increase debt levels amongst the plebs:

My estimate is we are 2 to 5 years away from any significant financial "event"

We are already £2trn in debt. Any sign of recession and it will turn into £3trn.

No it didn't. Property prices fell around 25% in real terms during the crash. MMW is happening now. See London house price trends for further details.

Boom & Bust cancelled? Are you Gordon Brown?
