What’s your motivation for getting through a tough time in the client site? Mine is calculating the money I will earn by the end of the next month and adding it to the current war chest. All the motivation I need to nod, agree and disagree at the appropriate moments.

+1. If it's really getting to me, I find writing a script which ticks away the pennies I've earned as the day goes on which I can have in a little window when I'm on a particularly boring conf call helps keep a smile on my face. And the lord said unto John; "come forth and receive eternal life." But John came fifth and won a toaster.Comment

...ticking away, the moments that make up a dull day,
fritter and waste, the hours in an offhand way...I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).Comment
