    Whatever happened to Bird Flu...?

...I thought it was going to wipe us out?
Si posse, recte, si non, quocumque modo rem

We were n't scared by it so the government had to find something else to make us scared. I think it is global warming at the moment but it's difficult to keep up. What are we supposed to be scared of this month; wars, terrorism, bird flu, global warming, another term of new labour. Can't keep up really.

The HN51 virus in its current manifestation is not very infectious between humans. However epidemiologists believe there is a high likelihood that it may mutate to become highly infectious, based on observed mutations of similar viruses.
Not many people know that the flu epidemic in 1918 killed more people than the 1st World War.
          Hard Brexit now!

                    Yep, that too.

Chicken soup for a few days and I was fine.
