    Detox!

I wasn't going to do the whole new years diet thing (for once I thought I was at peace with my massive curves)...but I've caved in!

I've got this "I'm not a diet, I'm a eating plan for life, and I work 100%" type book off Amazon, and I've started it today.

Its a 90 day plan, but the first 9 days are a detox!!

Has anyone ever successfully completed one of these detox things?

Should I expect depression, followed by a face full of zits?

What you supposed to do with the book, prop the fridge door closed with it?

Only one way - eat less, exercise more. Expect a result if this is followed constantly for a couple of months.

    Binge starving never works.

Aye. Eat less, exercise a lot lot more!
Ain't ever been any other way. All the rest is crap.

Take up squash (the sport not the vegetable). I still think it's the best way to burn calories.
        Hard Brexit now!

How does "I'm a eating plan for life" & "it's a 90 day plan" work?
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

Eat Better... exercise more.....its a simple equation
            claories in = calories out.

Sound advice. Move more, eat less.

Join the gym, use the concept rowing machine to get to a basic level of fitness and then join a spinning class. There is no excuse to being a fat fecker
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

Never forget the threaded patent diet regimen: you can eat as much cake as you want, you just have to do an insane amount of cycling to burn it off again.
Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.

Yep - spinning. I can't get out cycling much these days (family commitments) - but an hours proper spinning can do wonders. If you can converse during the lesson you are doing it wrong though.
