    HOUSE PRICE INFLATION 2006
    North - 8.6%
    Yorks & Humberside - 7.3%
    North West - 6.2%
    East Midlands - 6.3%
    West Midlands - 5.8%
    East Anglia - 7.5%
    Outer South East - 7.7%
    Outer Metropolitan - 8.9%

            I've been noticing loads of places for sale on a 50% ownership basis .. part ownership part rent..anyone knows more about this??

                They will rise 50% then just after I sell my house crash 75%.

                  Agreed. As soon as I buy a house a) the interest raets will rocket and b) the house prices will crash.

                    Usually run by housing associations and aimed at the low income bracket who wouldn't be able to afford to buy otherwise. More info here
