Well, I had planned to have lamb steaks with some vegetables. The only bright side is that Mrs Gonzo has just phoned to say that she is working later than she thought so I should go ahead and eat without her. If she had come home to find that there was no lamb for dinner I would have been in the sh1t.

For my 5 o'clock tea I had home made onion soup, and for my 7:30 tea I had brown rice, with onions, peppers, mushrooms all dry fried with 3 egg whites!
