The only bright side is that Mrs Gonzo has just phoned to say that she is working later than she thought so I should go ahead and eat without her. If she had come home to find that there was no lamb for dinner I would have been in the sh1t. -

For my 5 o'clock tea I had home made onion soup, and for my 7:30 tea I had brown rice, with onions, peppers, mushrooms all dry fried with 3 egg whites!
