We're doomed. Or is it boomed?

Good news for house owning no mortgage savers like me.

FFS! Sometimes I think that its a personal vendetta by the BOE on me to keep me out of the housing market.

Patience, my young padawan. The longer the "correction" takes in arriving the more dazed and confused people wandering the streets leaving nice empty houses for you to move into there will be.

Come on! my savings need it
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

isn't this good news for someone in your position? Borrowing less affordable = less people buying = lower prices

Also higher mortgage payments = more repossessions = bargains = lower prices

Plus your cash reserves earn more interest.

                    GGGGRRRRRR **** me up again,
signed up to a 2 year discount rate and now had 3 rate increases in 6 feckin months, discount rate is 0.11% below BOE Base rate so rate still not bad but not great. Anyone think they will come down again this year ?
