I am 92.8kg and 1.84cm tall - giving a BMI of 27.41. In old money thats 14st 8lb and 6feet tall.
I currently go to slimming world on a Wednesday night - I started at 97.5kg. I used to lose weight via excercise - but a bad back has stopped that for a while.
