Wills and Company owenership when you're gone

Does anyone have any understanding of what happens if you die while a director of your company. My set up is a follows:
I am MD
My accountants act as Co Sec
My wife and I are 50/50 share holders.
How do I make sure this is provisioned in my Will?

The company would probably be wound up and its assets distributed to your estate (and other shareholders if applicable) and then distributed to your beneficaries according to your will etc.
