Rate's a little on the low side, depending on what the data is being migrated from and to and how much testing is involved.

E.g fully testing migrated financial consolidation data to a new SAP system is looking at 50 - 70 ph rather than 28 - 30.

A basic testing role will bring in that sort of money, would expect a test manager to be on a minimum of £40/hour and for somebody with the experiance they require I would expect more.
