    xxxxx have created a new position for a ‘Front of House Specialist’ – responsible for creating a fantastic warm and welcoming experience for all our people and visitors.


    'Front of House’

    • Greeting visitors in person/by phone
    • Managing outgoing/ingoing post
    • Management of cleaners/office maintenance/stationary orders/water/vending machines
    • Raising purchase orders
    • Management of meeting room bookings
    • Management of the front of house
    • Review of existing procedures and recommendations for improvement
    • New starters –arranging for key fobs/ updating intranet
    • Production of MI for the stage manager

    I did this sort of thing when I worked as an administrator at Network Rail.
    Do you think people who pack the confectionary into boxes at fudge making factories tell people what they do for a living?

      Front of House is in this case 'probably' correct....

      The clue is in the last line [Production of MI for the stage manager]

      This is obviously a theatre / venue business and they will have a number of 'front of house' staff, box office, ticket booth, ushers, meet and greet, merchandising, etc
