    Unless you get a letter from the court saying the summons has also been waived I would suggest you turn up. Just because one civil savant has sent a letter saying there is a mistake, doesn't stop the others continuing with the error.

      It is always sound practice to challenge anything from any branch or level of stinking government. I have ended up with a lot more in my pocket by doing so in the past. They happily break their own rules and hope you won't notice.
