    Ps2

I've just picked up a PS2 for a tenner - got the controllers and all that malarkey included.

I've ordered The Getaway and Manhunt ('cos I'm a sick f**ker) - can anyone else recommend any cool games?

I got the getaway a few years back and thought it was very poor especially compared to GTA

The Warriors - excellent gang orientated beat 'em up based on the film. Another rockstar classic

Grand Theft Auto - 4 out so far, take your pick, all fantastic. Liberty city stories might be a nice and gentle introduction

Burnout3 or Burnout Revenge - very fast arcade racers and good for the violence factor

Gran Turismo 3 - Excellent driving sim and a bit more exciting than the 4th installment

Project Zero 2: Crimson Butterfly - scary horror game

Final Fantasy XII is out this year too, should be a monster game
    Coffee's for closers

I always liked the Hitman series, can't think why .
I am not qualified to give the above advice!

With kids in the house we are reluctant to play realistic shoot-em-ups so our choices are limited but I've enjoyed the Ratchet & Clank series. Jak & Daxter comes a close second.
