    Normal service is resumed - England have just crushed Australia by nearly 100 runs!

            They did - when McGrath comes in to bat before number 11 you know something is up!

            You have a serious point though. Australia chucked it. That's because they have already qualified by miles, and if England had lost this game they'd be out of the tournament early, no-one would bother to watch the last few meaningless qualifying games, and the Australian Cricket Board would lose shed-loads of money.
