      If he goes umbrella he won't get expenses for travel after April, so LtdCo is clearly the way to go if he wants to recover the money.

      All three of our favourite accountants (SJD, Nixon Williams and Darren-who-used-to-be-1stAccountancy -but-has-moved) will set him up, and may even throw in bank accounts and PCG membership.
