Marvellous, my neighbours paid £345K in 2002 for their place. Wonder what it's worth now...

Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson

          Where is Streatham?
I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.

I've got a 4-bedroom detached house in the SK9 postcode in Cheshire, which should mean I'm some kind of millionnaire according to the news articles today. Unfortunately, it's still only worth about the same as our old 2-bedroom ex-council terraced house in Wandsworth. Kind of puts things in perspective.

There are roads round here which are in the list, but those roads have massive houses - mansions with their own woodland and that. It's not the geographical location, it's just the type of property.

No, you should have bought lots of houses.

Easy money! Buy a house, go on holiday, come back. It's doubled in value!

                    Boomed!
