Victory for the Road Charging Petitioners

    Democracy in action!

Just heard on the radio that Tony Blair said as a result of the Road Charging Petition on the No 10 website he will write to every petitioner and explain why it is necessary to have road chargers,

Victory?? Dear Mr x we are introducing road charging because we can.

Doesn't seem like a victory to me
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

Think of all those dirty vans delivering the letters.
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

                    I signed that petition.

Should I receive a letter from Tone I will reply with my views as to why road charges are wrong, unless certain other criteria are met.

I would hope that others do the same. Tone should have fun sorting the replies.
