all users sound nice - then you meet them and they are scum.
tell them to switch their computer on and off - if its still an issue trying walking out and back in.

'nice on the phone - add on 2 stone' - Anyone see an old episode of Taxi where this happened ?
One, if not the only, perk of doing support is ready access to everyone on site. This is by way of being out and about, gets you known, as well as by doing calls for people.
In my younger days, this accounted for a number of scores which eased the mind-numbing tedium of the work....well a bit anyway.Comment
