I must say, I hadn't given any thought to the underwear of prisoners before....but ewwwww!!

Let them have their own pants - its horrible that they'd have to wear pants stained by someone else

Its hardly the same as giving them plasma TV's or something - it's just pants ffs.

Poor barsterds - prison (in theory) is meant to rehabilitate you, not demorolise you to the point of loosing your own self worth...which is probably how I'd feel if I was forced to wear someone else's tulip stained pants!

On the other hand, it is another incentive not to break the law. Not only will you become bubbas sexual plaything, you may end up wearing his skanky pants. God forbid he may use a pair as a gag. Bubba may even find this role play quite exciting.
