If I were sad enough to start a blog, what is the best host for the blog? Fast, feature rich and free?

Prefer something hosted on Windows using ASPX if possible.

    www.drupal.org
Not sure about ASPX but have a look - open source and feature wealthy.
    Edit: sys reqs here.
    Preferred: Apache/PHP/MySQL. Optional: IIS/PostgreSQL

I have a couple of blogs on blogspot - not bad, you can remove the bar and upload your own css template.
