I am working on an oppurtunity that means I would receive an order for a number of days work from a client.
I wouldn't necessarily sign a contract as I am being asked to deliver a number of days on a set project area and it would be consultancy services.
Reading all the info on IR35 I would expect this to be outside as I would not be working 5 days a week and I would choose my hours and days.
Any thoughts?
