I found in a few threads that people believe in that : " in the future and HMRC are allowed to retrospectively change the rules"...
What is the legal base under this? I though this is fundamental part of Western law that it couldnt possibly go retrospectively...
Why dont anyone worry that some new government will not take all your money and property by issuing new law with retrospective effect? What can stop them then ? Considering that Lords are going to be no lords anymore.... so could be same socialist puppets as in low chamber.... huh?
