Changing Agency At Renewal Time

Does anyone have any experience of changing agencies at contract renewal time ?

My current agency are not cutting the mustard

Any advise greatly appreciated

I should read your contract first. You may find yourself out of work.

General advice is not to try it, if the agent is NBG then walk away and get a new contract. If you are well regarded by the client you might be able to change with their help, but it is not easy nor recommended.
