    Format External drive as FAT32

Is it possible with an NTFS XP PC to format or convert an external USB drive from NTFS to FAT32. It has no data on it. I know it's pretty straight forward going from FAT to NTFS, but doing the reverse is a bit trickier. I'm guessing there must be a 3rd party tool out there somewhere, but google isn't much help today.

You can but XP has a drive size limit of 32Gb for FAT32. To get over this I think you'd need to partition the drive.
