On the last day of this 3 month contract:
"Boss": How are things going on the project, have you completed the handover to the permanent staff member?
Me: Yes, I've provided them with all required documentation and gone through a couple of sample changes to the codebase. I'm confident that they've got a good grasp on the project and I'm hanging for the rest of the day in the event that any further assistance is required.
"Boss": We'd better find you something to do on another project for the remaining 5 hours of today then.
Arrrggh!!
