    Contractor - Permie

    This is a multi-facetted question.

Background : I've been offered a permanent job by an organisation different to that which I'm currently working for. They're offering to pay me more as a permanent than I'm making as a contractor, plus the fringe benefits of pension, paid holidays, job "security" et al.

    Questions :

    1. In similar circumstances as mine, would you take it?

    2. Does anyone here work in Dublin, and if so would they (a) PM me and (b) advise if it's an OK place to be.

    Thanks
    K-SOM

I'd think seriously about increasing my contracting rates if I were you.

Thanks for this. Already checked this. The amount in EUR translated back into GBP is still more than I'm making as a contractor.
