    Lunch - where to go

Where can I go for lunch in central London today? I'm thinking a nice sandwich or something home-made..... I'm thinking Covent Garden, Oxford Circus area.

Borough market used to be good for a wander.

Need to kill an hour or so!

Ok, don't be sad - I don't know where, but I hear King Cross is popular, allegedly

I would have a liquid lunch via a couple of pints of Tetleys in The Argyle at Oxford Circus.

Then cross the road for a McDonalds....in either direction. They're everywhere...

There used to be a cheap slice of pizza place straight opposite, free salad with brown edging !

I've been there quite a few times!

I went to Covent Garden in the end and settled for a large steak pasty....easilly pleased. I've found a few new places to try next time.

Go to Kings Cross get on a train to Doncaster. There's a good chippy up there.
