and think of all the milf actionThe court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

The gym I use has two systems - a load of in-house PTs that seem to be on basic + commission that charge between £30 - £40 per hour, and a few specialist trainers (boxing, kickboxing etc) that pay rent to the gym and charge £40 - £45 ph which they keep, and it's usually cash...Comment

wonder how easy it is to get a gig in a gym then, because if you can more or less just trun up, for £25-£35ph in between contracts it may be worth it...SA says;

I know, thats what stops me getting quite so jealous of the money they earn.
Most of them are in there all hours of the day 6 days a week too. Early mornings and late evenings are normal from what I've seen cos thats when most of the clients want a training session."Being nice costs nothing and sometimes gets you extra bacon" - Pondlife.Comment
