Who gets to decide what's a 'Top tier bank' and what's not?

If you have to ask, you'll never know.

Possibly. It's generally lucrative crap though.

            Jog

Ok. A similar question to which fit people might know the answer.

Back in the 70s people would say 'I'm going for a jog'. Nowadays hardly anybody says that, but lots of people say 'I'm going for a run'.

are people now just using the word 'run' to mean exactly what 'jog' did, or in today's hectic world are they actually travelling faster than they used to? A bit like how the average lunch hour has shrunk.
