    Going perm(i know!) need Advice!

Im a contractor and thinking of going perm.
I have a decision to make, been offered a job to x-train into Oracle Apps and another as a Consultant for a large well known Consultancy, not sure which one to take? which one will be more beneficial in the future? should i go for Oracle Apps(Financials and Supply Chain) or a more defined career path with the Consultancy? money is about the same in both, please advise.

            If you want to be
run ragged by your (often extreme) workload,
sniped at by your colleagues (either for being good at your job, or bad at your job),
            burnt out in 5 years,

            Go for it.

I've seen folks from project teams placed into banks to do a specific task exhibit all of the above symptoms.
