Not sure - there's nothing on the treasury webpage (http://www.hm-treasury.gov.uk/about/...file_index.cfm)

But number 10 says "Minister for the Olympics and Minister for London (Paymaster General) - The Rt Hon Tessa Jowell MP" Does that mean that she's Paymaster General, or just for London?
