    Ban Fishing

It is a cruel sport, crueller than foxhunting because fish are tortured prior to being thrown back or eaten and many many more of them are affected than are foxes. Also fish do no one anyvharm. It is unnecessary and it is carried out by sad people

One slight snag there. How do you avoid getting arrested when someone hears a big bang or two and alerts the security forces?

what do you call those wallies that sit on the river bank holding their rods out? Packs of Dags? packs of dogs, or packs of dregs?
Whatever you call them they are worse than any pack of dogs as they should know better.

I couldn't agree more. Except fly fishing, now there's an art. Can't ban art.

I am bitter about fishing. It is a cruel sport that does not even have the saving grace of paying at least lip service to providing some sort of useful service. The only reason it is not banned is that too many sad losers do it and the govt would lose votes.
