            Good point. With another rate increase on the cards before the end of the year, according to popular analyst belief, perhaps NR aren't a good investment at this time....

                    Considering the value of money is currently very low then any reduction or even stagnation in share values ought to be very serious indeed.

                    As for interest rates, central banks are concerned not raise them too quickly . I believe they will live with asset inflation for as long as they can. Gentle rises of 1/4% will continue to be on the cards for the next 18 months.
