    Anybody know a good source for unsecured loans to contractors?

          If you do find someone to lend 40K on an unsecured basis do tell. We can then short their stock and make a killing when they suffer from the continuing sub-prime fall out.

              i always thought that you could only get 25k on an unsecured loan. If there is higher please let me know as i would love to renovate a house near me.
