    Cliche of the Decade.

    Let's see now......

    Iraq - lack of post invasion planning.
    Transport - Hatfield & Paddington Train disasters
    21/7 bombers - some of these guys were known to the police prior
    Inadequate flood defences - Hull claims to be the forgotten city
    Loss of trust in polticians - El Gordo promises to return power to Parliament

    .....just to name a few. Ever noticed that whenever the scrutiny begins over these issues and many others like them, we're now hearing a well used cliche "Lessons need to be learned"

    FFS , most of us can tell why things like these go tits up without needing a lesson to teach us why. Do they really think we're that feckin' thick?
