    Looks like Arctic won.

    PCG front page says Arctic won. Analysis to follow.

      I expect that they will now redraft the legislation. Or maybe not given the recent IR win on that IR35 case based on really dodgy grounds.

      Good news if it is true
      Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

      I preferred version 1!

        Why will the government have to redraft legislation? After all, its not like this is a precident or anything!

          At least if they have to redraft they cannot back date it and it has to go through the HoC - for what use that is.
