Nanny work

I really need a break from IT related contracting, the thought of doing a nanny job just popped into my head today - hmm wonder if anyone here has a nanny (or needs a nanny ) what's the going rate? I fancy going to the swimming pool, walking in the park, doing finger painting and colouring in all day long and getting paid for it
