    The swindle

This makes perfect sense to me.

    http://www.larouchepub.com/other/int...rs_corbyn.html

It seems everyone knows about man made thingy and only idiots question it. CO2 has never been shown to be a direct correlate of temperature, indeed being more likely a consequence of it. Sea levels are predicted to rise on no more than a fix in a computer model, the data from the 90’s to 00’s so oft quoted actually show no trend at all, but that wouldn’t be a story. Often seen are masses of publications cited which we never have time or perhaps background knowledge to adequately review. This is the clouding effect, overshadow the global warming world with clouds and that will cool the debate and nobody dare question all those publications, dare they? The majority of the world’s scientists agree on nowt, they are not qualified to assess some of the complex mechanisms going on and rely on their numbers for solace. There are a limited number of important issues that if we look into the totality of evidence in each it suggests we are no more than insignificant insects in the scheme of things. But that would not fit with the herding approach to control that most are happy to group behind. Bob Dole, Lord Weaver, is doing very nicely out of this swindle eh?

The emperor sent other officials as well to observe the weavers' progress. They too were startled when they saw nothing, and they too reported back to him how wonderful the material was, advising him to have it made into clothes that he could wear in a grand procession. The entire city was alive in praise of the cloth. "Magnifique! Nysseligt! Excellent!" they said, in all languages. The emperor awarded the swindlers with medals of honor, bestowing on each of them the title Lord Weaver.

It does not affect me, I do not work in the growing field of weaving. I got rid of my 3L twin turbo some months ago, like with a mink coat the sanctimony was all apparent up until that time. 133g/Km is now my output but that still means my tax is unaffected. Of course as the myth is perpetuated the levels will be reassessed and more tax will be parasited off the back of this lunacy. I am disgusted as a scientist that so much being used is poor science; not bothering to question so the unchallenged becomes truth. Everything has to be black or white with no scope for any variation in this simple dichotomy of information. I explored the assertion of the sea level rising by 2-3 mm per year, I found this to be an artifact of a computer model in the absence of any trend in the underlying data. Are we so stupid that a computer model is thought smarter than the no trend that is staring us in the face?

"But he doesn't have anything on!" said a small child.
"Good Lord, let us hear the voice of an innocent child!" said the father, and whispered to another what the child had said.

We have successfully created an environment where anything that happens that is a little out of the ordinary is evidence. Let’s look at the rains we have had, did the rest of Europe have these rains. It certainly didn’t flood where I was, infact it has been a nice 19-23 degrees with a bit more rain than last year, quite pleasant really. We conveniently take the most extreme and apply that as the norm. Nice science, not. Too complex means not many fully (if any at all) understand it, that means ‘most scientists agree’ is worthless as a comment as most scientists don’t actually understand. They have hijacked science and the usual process of proof being required for their own aims, these may be political, self-interest in terms of employment or self interest in being one of the new religion and ‘aware’. Just listening to many who say it’s a done deal is hilarious, how can it be if we don’t understand it, there is only one thing for sure this is not the scientific way.

The trend that I discuss, with the help of an eminent Swedish sea-level specialist the IPCC use themselves, is the trend for sea levels to have increased over a 10 year period. The data do not support this it was simply an artifact introduced by computer scientists. When a whole trend cannot be supported by data, it ain't there, right? A lot of so called scientists may agree on their understanding of what some admit is far too complex for the ordinary scientist to comprehend, therefore their views are worthless.

The IPCC report on sea levels that concluded 2-3 mm/year in the last 10 years is nothing more than a fabrication. The increase has actually been zero, this was further explored by some computer boffs and some correction factors introduced and hey presto 2-3 mm. Now if a trend simply results out of theoretical considerations it is just not real. If in anyone’s day to day work they decide that the data don't fit the hypothesis but use the hypothesis to correct the data then bingo the damn thing works afterall.

A myth has been created and all strange things can be used to support the myth until the myth is a truthism. Take the scientific approach and don't accept anything until good evidence is produced. Why do you think some countries will not even allow the 'swindle' program to be broadcast. It's because it's not in their interests to have questioning minds. So a whole lot more so called scientists agree, because they haven't been given the full picture. Now onto needing something to pin all these ‘unusual’ things on - we have no dispute, things they are a changing. This has happened since time began and we have no cause for concern, the thing is too big to be affected by our concern it will get us nowhere. What will be will be. Once again it is not good science to claim one thing because you cannot find a ready explanation for unusual events and choose the most convenient instead.

Was there a point in the above? I switched off after the second sentance and could be arsed to plough through any more.

one has to look at the publishers credentials...

Is the publisher and owner of this learned journal the same Lyndon Larouche who believes that there is a conspriracy by Jewish bankers and the "Iilluminati" to take over the world and install Prince Philip as world leader?

He's a proper nutter looking at his wiki entry
And didn't we decide that English History X is actually our resident national socialist Causus Deli?

Is everyone who cares more for their own than those from other lands a Nazi? Do people care more for their progeny than others, their loved ones, their comrades, their friends? I think so, why should this be frowned upon it's perfectly natural I suggest.

Poor effort, attacking the journals editor. What about the eminent scientists quoted or the esteemed posters discussion around those?
