    Sorry you had to go through that faff - What are the legal implications for libellous posters? Does the buck stop with you? Can't we hold those individuals responsible and pass the user/IP details to the complainant?

    Thought that was what happened with Orange Genie last time.

    If the comments are removed when requested there should be no comeback as the mods have done everything in thier power to prevent the comments from being aired.

        The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
