Newbie Contract Q , Working in Dublin

    Hi
Im about to start contracting in Dublin ( I am a resident of the UK).
My agency has recomended several Management Companies that I will be an employee off, receieve a salary (which would be taxed in Ireland) and be paid a Dividend (which would be the bulk of my pay)
Contract duration is just 6 months, and I wish to bring the money into the
    Uk completely above board.
What is the best solution to do this, would it be to form a Limited Company here and send through the Dividend and Salary payment directly into my company and let the accountact work out the Tax (taking into account the tax paid in ireland due to Double Tax treaty between the countries).
Would expenses be able to be claimed the usual way against tax, I believe my Contract is IR35 Friendly
Any advice would be appreciated, I have tried to look around the main site and can't find anything definitive.

    Thanks

Get two seperate contracts. One for you to pay you in Ireland and one offshore. Anything paid into UK will be taxed in Ireland.

As always seek proper advice as I am not qualified!
